Your self-care. You know it’s important. You think about it a lot. You might even put it on your calendar as you plan your week.
Then, life happens and, once again, you find yourself at the bottom of the list. If you’re anything like me, this happens far more often than you want it to.
When you have an autoimmune disease, or any chronic health condition, you’re always on the cusp. One day of overdoing it and you’re out for three days. The stress of a last-minute project might push you into a flare. Missing out on your meds because you forgot to schedule a doctor’s appointment means you’re in for a week or more of pain and struggle.
So for us, self-care isn’t something that can fall to the bottom of the list. It’s something we need to plan, tend, and enjoy – much like the flowers in your garden.
That’s why I created this free e-course. Five chapters delivered to your inbox, then monthly self-care inspirations for as long as you decide to sit in your garden.
So grab some tea and join me in the garden. Let’s create something beautiful!
